Power. Agility. Engine.
Power skating and edge control meet athletic preparation. Ryan focuses on efficient strides, explosive starts, changes of direction, and high-intensity efforts with purposeful recovery.

Chicago roots. St. Louis experience.
A family invested in your player’s next step.
For Ryan Yogan, hockey is a family experience. His son plays locally for the Falcons, and the Yogan family has helped train young players here in the Chicago area and in St. Louis. The early mornings, extra ice time, and pride in a child’s progress are personal.
With family members who reached the NHL and ECHL, Ryan has had a close-up view of high-level hockey preparation. He has watched, learned, and taken notes from the trainers and coaches around that journey. That experience shapes the care and intention behind Yogan Hockey.
A former football player and power-skating coach, Ryan brings a contact-sport background to athletic development: power, agility, cardio, and the confidence to keep your head up as the game gets faster.
Our specialist instruction draws on players with local minor hockey, AAA, and NHL experience. We look for people who can break down advanced fundamentals and teach them to kids. Coaches and guest instructors are confirmed for each program.

Contact-sport preparation starts with balance, awareness, and body control. Players build confidence through progressive angling, positioning, and puck-protection work matched to their age and readiness.
Shooting, stickhandling, passing, and hockey IQ belong with specialists who know how to teach them. Clear demonstrations and individual corrections lead into decisions under pressure and small-area games.
Readiness-based groups, purposeful fundamentals, and individual feedback. Every player should know what they’re working on and why.
Our program plan includes on-site trainers and individual care planning. Families can request a private conversation about diabetes, accessibility, or other support needs before enrollment.
We know the commitment behind every practice. Clear pickup details, useful feedback, and communication that respects your time are part of the Yogan family experience.
